1. Pricing

Ask Essie costs $99 per month. This includes:

There are no setup fees, no per-minute charges, no tiers, and no contracts.

2. Payment Processing

All payments are processed securely through Stripe. We accept major credit and debit cards (Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Discover). We do not store your card details on our servers — Stripe handles all payment data in compliance with PCI DSS.

3. Billing Cycle

Your subscription is billed monthly on the anniversary of your signup date. For example, if you subscribe on March 15, you will be billed on the 15th of each subsequent month.

4. Failed Payments

If a payment fails, Stripe will automatically retry up to 3 times over the following week. If all retries fail, your service may be paused until payment is resolved. We will notify you via SMS before any service interruption.

5. Cancellation

You can cancel your subscription at any time. There are no cancellation fees or penalties.

6. Refunds

We offer a full refund within the first 7 days of your initial subscription if you are not satisfied. After the 7-day period, refunds are not provided for partial months. Contact askessie@deadapp.info to request a refund.

7. Price Changes

We reserve the right to change pricing with 30 days advance notice. Price changes will not affect your current billing period. If you do not agree with a price change, you may cancel before it takes effect.

8. Taxes

Prices are listed before applicable taxes. Sales tax or VAT may be added based on your location, as required by law.
